UtahWe Cooked Chicken Ginger Goji Berry Soup While Driving

So can you cook dinner in a van while you're driving?
We tried our new pressure cooker for the first time, on the drive to Park City, Utah. It’s a chicken, ginger and goji berry soup. A pound of chicken drumsticks, a few slices of ginger, three cloves of garlic, some goji berries and five or six cups of water. Then twenty-five minutes on high pressure.
We ran it off our power station, and it used about a third of the battery. Spencer helped with the salt, honestly a little too much. But it came out pretty good, a light soup, and super easy.
